As part of the TARGET-X ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง with Concular and the StadtHรผrth weโve taken a big step towards a more sustainable construction industry:
Building components from a building in Hรผrth have been carefully deconstructed and are now being reused at our ๐๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ on the ReferenceConstructionSite of the CenterConstructionRobotics โ giving materials a ๐ฌ๐๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ and proving that ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ง๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ ๐จ ๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ก๐๐ง๐. A digital and on-site Pre-Deconstruction-Audit (PDA) proved several materials to be good for another round. So together with our partner we decided to carefully dismantle these parts and now they are off to the project in Aachen. This project is a true example of how strong partnerships can drive circulareconomy in construction and set new standards for the future.
A huge thank you to everyone involved โ together weโre reshaping the way we build! Prof. Sigrid Brell-Cokcan, Nicklas Spiegel, Ida Wetzel, Marit Zรถcklein, Victoria Jung
